3Com Corporation has appointed Richard Chilver country manager for the UK and Ireland, with responsibility for
sales across the region. He will join the company on 1 March from Westcon where he worked for ten years as managing director for the UK. He will report to Pax Andersson, VP and general manager of 3Com Europe Ltd.
