Corel, the software solutions company, has appointed Michael Chown to the position of distribution account manager. He joins the sales team with more than ten years' channel sales experience, most notably with 3Com and Intel where he was channel sales manager for seven years and senior national account manager and wireless channel manager for two and a half years. Most recently he has been UK channel sales manager for PNY Technologies. In his new role he will be responsible for supporting Corel's distributors throughout the UK.
