CURA Technical, the merged service operations of FLS and NFS, is the first technical support company to sign up to Kyocera Mita’s Strategic Service Partner program in the UK.
The program is designed to improve the level of support and increased reliability to corporate users of printers and multifunctional devices. CURA Technical supports more than 500,000 printers, faxes, copiers, scanners, multifunctional and other office products throughout the UK and Ireland.
Martin Tierney at Kyocera Mita says it is the only technical support company to meet its stringent requirements so far. “Strategic Service Partner status is the highest level of our service partner initiative. Already specialising in this sector of the market, it has a proven track record of delivering high levels of service support to corporate users throughout the UK and Ireland and has made a significant investment in infrastructure, recruitment and technical training.”
Jason Williams at CURA Technical says: “Having supported Kyocera products for a number of years, this new programme enables us to further expand our service offering and deliver levels of support to corporate clients that are even more closely aligned to individual requirements. It also reinforces our position in the industry as partner of choice for manufacturers of print devices.”
