The shortlist for the CRN Channel Awards 2005 have now been announced by VNU Business Publications, the global media and information company. The event will be hosted by CRN whose audience includes channel professionals and IT resellers. The awards are the largest of their kind, attended by over 1,400 key industry figures. They take place at the Battersea Park Arena on Thursday 24 November.
Now in its 12th year, the 2005 awards have been improved over previous years to now include a total of 20 awards under three categories: Vendor Awards, Distributor Awards and Reseller Awards. The changes were brought about following discussions between CRN and the major players in its industry, to try to improve and increase the value of the awards to the reseller and channel community.
