A building furnished by London dealer Furniture for Business was short listed for the RIBA Stirling Prize, one of the country’s top architectural awards.
The £20,000 prize is awarded to the architects of the building that is thought to have made the greatest contribution to British architecture in the past year. The project with which FFB was involved was 30 Finsbury Square In London, designed by architect Eric Parry for Invesco Perpetual. Unfortunately it was beaten to the prize for 2003 by the Laban Dance Centre in London, by Herzog & de Meuron but was highly recommended.
