Just one week after the announcement that software supplier Calidore was to open an office in Ireland the company says response from the Irish market has been ‘very positive’.
Director Alan Conroy, who is responsible for the new office, says dealers feel more confident in what the company has to offer. “They now know who Calidore is. There was a feeling that perhaps we were too small for their liking. Having a dedicated Irish office has reassured them of our commitment.”
Conroy previously worked for Support IT, a company that offered support to Legerdemain users. He says that support will still be available in the UK and Ireland for those who want it. When asked if he was expecting a negative reaction from Legerdemain supplier Integrity he said: “No, not at all. The only grounds for complaint would be if we infringed copyright and we have no intention at all of doing so.”
Calidore supplies the POWER-Trading software to the office products industry.
