Howard Smith Paper has launched Arriba! Recycled Extra, made from 100 per cent recycled paper, with a minimum 30 per cent coming from household waste. It is a high performance paper guaranteed for use on all office printing machines.
The paper has been awarded the Nordic Swan and Blue Angel certification and is acknowledged by Greenpeace.
Mike Thomsett, Howard Smith Paper’s divisional director for business papers, says: “It is unique in getting around a third of its fibre from recycled household waste papers, which are the most difficult to recycle. As a result it saves landfill, which no other paper can claim to do. Importantly it reproduces well on copiers through to litho presses, due to its low roughness and high opacity.”
