Patrick Seghin, former managing director for Staples' German retail business, has been appointed president of Staples European Catalogue business. He will report to Ron Sargent, chairman and CEO. Seghin joined Staples in 2000 as vice president of marketing for Staples European Retail business and delivered an impressive business turnaround in his German position.
