Compatible inkjet cartridge manufacturer Jet Tec International is investing in staff education as part of an initiative to maintain high standards and drive the business forward. The company has seen an average year-on-year increase in turnover of £1 million since it was first established in 1998 and says the rapid expansion has created the need for more high calibre staff.
William Studholme, director of Jet Tec, says: "We are going from strength to strength. Jet Tec's ability to invest heavily in staff development is helping us realise our company wide goals with more ease, due to increased staff retention and more efficient customer service.
"We are aiming to maintain the investment in our staff development at all levels. The opportunity for personal development in terms of qualifications is something we strongly advocate at Jet Tec International."
Jet Tec has over 200 employees and produces over 400 products.
