Martin Yates, sales manager at MIUK, one of the most recent entrants to the back office software market, says there has been increased interest in the company's micommerce product, particularly from companies unhappy with their current systems. He says: "We've designed this product so that dealers and users require zero IT support or technical knowledge or any capital to acquire or use it."
