Dyson, the UK’s leading brand of domestic appliances, will be using Sidewinder's ServicePLATFORM real-time scheduling software to enhance the efficiency of its 181 field service staff throughout the UK. Dyson is the only company in the white goods industry that provides support in the field for items such as vacuum cleaners and washing machines, rather then requiring them to be returned for repairs. This improves the service to customers and helps reduce damage in transit.
