Convergent Systems, which designs and supplies contact centre installations and voice and data solutions, has appointed Darryl Watt to the new position of director of network services.
The company says the new appointment reflects a doubling of revenue from its network services over the last year and the increasing reliance of key partners such as BT on delivering services through the channel. Watt will take responsibility for Convergent’s voice and data networking and broadband sales and services.
