Quester, one of the UK's leading independent venture capital companies, has invested £2.9 million in Workshare Technology, the UK-based global market leader in document content collaboration software. The investment will enable Workshare, which currently employs 140 people across its offices in London, New York, San Francisco and Cape Town, to expand into new geographical areas and new vertical markets. To date Workshare's growth has been financed out of its own profits.
