Following the recent departure of Ken King from Spicers Bristol branch, Alison Boczkowski has been appointed as the new director of service at the Bristol RDC. She takes up her new position on 4 November. Vida Barr, Spicer’s customer service director, comments: “Alison’s background in operational management and customer service is perfectly suited to the task of maintaining our high service levels in the south west.”
