A range of technical solutions for datacoms products will be delivered through a new partnership with Comms-care, a provider of support services to the channel.
East Central says it is making a wide range of affordable maintenance and support options available to dealers. These include free pre and post sales technical support, nationwide guaranteed response rates of up to 2 hours, a help desk operating 24/7 offering remote diagnostics, training programmes and a fully managed service that monitors mission critical networks. It is also providing extra tools to help dealers develop business relationships with their customers, such as a network health check to assist with network diagnostics and access the impact of adopting new technologies such as VoIP.
