HSM say that thry are very pleased to have been awarded the title of Most Improved Supplier at the recent Spicers conference, and that since opening their new UK head office, nearly two years ago, HSM’s customer support and service levels have gone from strength to strength.
This award from Spicers is based on a number of factors including logistics (deliveries and collections etc), account management (administration, sales support, external and internal communications etc) and marketing. The latter includes having a pro-active attitude, providing promotions and showing a good level of trade support for Spicers and their dealers.
In addition to the Most Improved Supplier award for all product categories, HSM’s status as the Number one Key UK vendor for shredders was confirmed. Also their position as, one of only two European key vendors for shredding products.
