Remdex, the UK interiors company, has completed a furniture installation for the University of Luton that required new workstations to meet specific power socket and cabling access requirements.
Peter Moore of the company’s office interiors division designed a unit with a slim, integral hinged top panel, allowing quick, easy access to hook up power supplies and cabling. The unit also creates maximum desk working area by allowing cabling to be safely and securely stowed. An initial order for 50 workstations was followed up by the recent supply of a further 40 units.
