All eight places on the new Officeteam Graduate Training programme have been filled in time for the September start. The six month scheme was launched last month to encourage graduates into the office supplies sales arena. Momenta’s Ernest Parbury says the response so far has been very encouraging. “We want to ensure that the standards of training on offer to graduates is on a par with any other industry. In the past that has not always been the case. And we need to ensure that the expectations of the new recruits match those of the companies involved.”
