Integrity Software has set up a group of industry experts who will ‘partner the company in order to further enhance the development of products and operational services’.
Called ‘The Visionaries’, the group consists of a panel of office products dealers, all of whom are Integrity Software users, and the concept is to identify best practice both in how dealers earn profits from their range of software and to allow Integrity’s customer support services to work in the most customer orientated way. The company says they will be selected for their skills in key business areas such as accountancy, logistics, sales and marketing or customer service.
Rob Burgess, who recently joined Integrity as business development director, created the concept. He says: “Integrity has worked alongside its customers since inception, but this is the first time that a group of them will have formal input on a regular basis into areas such as product development and to see the results of their suggestions put into practice.”
According to Burgess, Integrity’s immediate plans involve a series of specialist groups looking at suggested product enhancements with more being established in the near future to address specific strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
