Telecoms distributor Freerose has been appointed by Advitel as an agent for its professional audio and voice over ‘on hold’ messaging service and system. Providing both the hardware and software, Advitel works from a customer’s individual brief and requirements to record, edit and mix with music if requested a customised ‘on-hold’ message.
