Expanding north east telecoms company, BNS Telecom, has appointed Christian Johansson as training co-ordinator to head up its new in-house training team. He has a strong track record in establishing successful contact centre operations, first for a variety of banks and other companies in his native Sweden, and subsequently with Amex in the UK. He will now be responsible for organising and delivering a range of training
packages which meet the specific needs of BNS's 180-strong workforce, a
number which is expected to increase by over 100 in the next year.
