Office Depot named in top ten customer service list
US-based office products giant Office Depot, has won an award for its ‘best practices in customer service’ from the National Retail Federation (NRF) Foundation.
Bruce Nelson, chairman and CEO says: "We are delighted to be recognised by the NRF for our ability to deliver industry-leading customer-centric experiences."
The award was judged on the results of a research project conducted by the University of Arizona which reviewed more than 200 submissions and over 1,000 consumer comments in assembling a casebook of 45 best service practices. The report was based on proficiencies at a select number of retail practices. Office Depot was one of only ten companies to be honoured for ‘Customer Experience: A service detail that makes it enjoyable to shop’.
