EU extends antitrust review into Konica/Minolta deal
The European Union Commission has extended its antitrust review into Konica Corp’s acquisition of Minolta Co Ltd by two weeks. A decision was due on 3 July on whether the EU would clear the deal, but the deadline has now been moved to 14 July.
