The 3Com Corporation's Global Services organisation has introduced two new worldwide service authorisation programmes, designed to
reward and recognize its Focus channel partners for commitment to
service excellence.
The Authorised 3Com Service Delivery Programme benefits 3Com channel partners who provide their own services to support 3Com network products. It is open to all 3Com Gold and Silver level Focus partners, as well as to 3Com Bronze level partners with NBX Voice Authorisation. The Authorised 3Com Service Reseller Programme is for 3Com channel partners who resell 3Com service offerings. It is open to all Gold, Silver and Bronze partners registered in the Focus Programme.
