Office Depot has signed an agreement to purchase the assets of Sands & McDougall in Western Australia. The company is the largest contract stationer in Australia and operates eight retail stores in the Perth area.
Office Depot currently operates under the Viking brand in Australia and the Sands & McDougall warehouse will now handle its Western Australian Viking customers.
