Viking Direct's Ashton site has been named Contact Centre of the Year (over 100 seats) in The Customer Management, National Customer Service Awards for 2005. The award was presented at a ceremony held in Park Lane, London last month.
The judges awarded the top prize to Viking Direct in recognition of its ongoing innovation in customer service, professionalism and exceptional levels of service, which was achieved as a result of their dedication to customer satisfaction, training, and retention of staff.
