Chess, the UK-based telecoms provider, has appointed Geoff Soar to the position of business development manager. He has been in the industry for a number of years with companies such as Powergen, where he was sales director, and at Scoot before its acquistion by BT. In his new role he will be responsible for recruiting resellers and dealers to sell Chess's range of voice solutions.
