Hewlett Packard has signed a deal with OfficeMax that will see the US retailer sell exclusively HP computers. This follows the termination of a similar deal earlier this year between OfficeMax and PC manufacturer Gateway.
OfficeMax will set up online kiosks in its almost 1,000 stores nationwide where customers can configure and order computers. HP has similar kiosks at Best Buy Co, Circuit City Stores, Staples and Office Depot.
