BT Wholesale has appointed Jo Upward as general manager for industry liaison, to help ensure the requirements of its wholesale customers are understood and reflected in the transition to BT’s next generation 21st century network.
Upward joined BT this month after 11 years with communications company Energis where she held a number of commercial and strategic roles, including director of regulation and public affairs. Most recently, she was director of carrier relations at Energis.
