Stamp and marking products manufacturer Dormy has announced a new structure in its customer services team, which comes into effect immediately. Phil Baylis has been appointed UK customer service manager, with overall responsibility for the organisation and management of the customer services teams in both Stockport for stock products and marker pens and Paisley for all custom products.
In addition, Nikki Murray has been appointed to the position of customer services team leader, Paisley, responsible for the day-to-day running of the department and also for the organisation and direction of the customer services team.
Dormy will also be announcing an additional member of the team in a new role as customer support executive. This role is designed to support and demonstrate Dormy's new e-markit on-line ordering system and the company says it will be actively seeking customers to register to use the system. The role will also include product training.
Fraser Smith, who has resigned his position, will be leaving the company today.
