Ericsson, in conjunction with its UK distribution partner Niman, held its Enterprise Reseller Awards Evening at the Comedy Store in Manchester this month. The event was a celebration of reseller achievements and successes based around the BusinessPhone and MD110 convergence communication systems.
Premises Networks picked up the top MD110 reseller award after growing its MD110 sales by over 200% in the last year and Thornton Communications took the accolade for top BusinessPhone reseller for the second year running. Thornton also picked up an award for the best customer case scenario for its Canford School project.
The fastest growing reseller award went to Ascom following a 500% increase in Ericsson business while BDR Telecom scooped the top newcomer award. Finally, Acad Communications picked up the innovative sales award for one of the largest IP BusinessPhone networks in the UK for a major nursing management company.
It has been a strongt year for Ericsson with channel sales in the first six months already exceeding the whole of last year.
