Pulse the new Windows-based back office system from Heart Systems written by Helen Murphy is now running live in 10 dealer companies. The company says a number of sites have been running successfully live since May and with more installations planned in the coming months the number of live sites is expected to reach 20 before the end of the year.
Helen Murphy comments: “We are installing a steady number of customers and it is obviously important that we do not overstretch our resources at this early stage. Installing too many customers too quickly would benefit neither our customers nor us. We need time to ensure that our procedures are correct before we scale up our installations over the coming months.”
