OyezStraker says ‘no substance’ to acquisition rumour
Rumours that the £18 million London Graphic Company was in line for possible acquisition by the £120 million Oyez Straker group have been denied by both companies. When asked if the allegation was true managing director Peter Allen told channelinfo: “Certainly not that we know of.” He said it was one of two acquisition rumours that had been brought to his attention recently.
At OyezStraker managing director Jeff Whiteway said there was ‘no substance at all’ to the rumour.
