Dealer group Superstat has invested in its design studio facility to increase efficiency and flexibility when it comes to the services it offers members. Marketing director Fiona Campbell says the group is focussing on working with dealers on a one-to-one basis to create the kind of catalogues suited to their businesses.
She quotes as an example Acorn, a bright, successful business based in Woking that is growing fast. They used the facility to create a corporate brochure which emphasises the company’s own personality. “Our members are successful because of who they are and it is important to bring that to the fore.”
The group is on target to double the number of catalogues taken by members in 2002.
