Inkwell Direct, one of the fastest growing dealers in the UK, has teamed up with a specialist IT company called Inception IT to offer its customers computer health checks as an added value service.
The company offers customers a free one hour health check and then produces a report on the system with recommendations, with no obligation to take the service any further. They are happy to advise customers on even the most basic elements of the system like mail merge.
Inkwell’s managing director Howard Calvert says many IT support companies are slow, expensive and the service can be poor. “These guys at Inception are brilliant and I could not recommend them highly enough. They even have software that allows them to dial into your system so they can fix problems on servers or PCs without always having to come out, it’s so much faster.”
